    Can I nominate a percentage to hold when I choose tenants in common?

    Yes you can hold any percentages you like as long as they total 100%. We strongly recommend you talk to your accountant before allocating percentages.

    When does land tax affect a property I purchase?

    Land Tax is only applicable when the property is not your principal place of residence.

    I have sold my house privately. Who do I need to contact?

    Contact a Conveyancer as soon as possible to organise for a contact and form 1 to be prepared for siging by both yourself and the purchaser. They will then guide you through the transaction from there.

    I wish to subdivide my property. Who do I need to contact to start the ball rolling?

    The first two people you should contact are a Surveyor and a Conveyancer. The Surveyor will organise the plan and consents from the Council, SA Water and the Development Assessment Commission. The Conveyancer will organise the consent from any Bank or other interest registered on the title and the L
