Conveyancing: We are a very experienced conveyancer firm, acting in the conduct of all conveyancing of land, homes and businesses, including buying and selling, leases and mortgages. Call us to discuss our reasonable prices for acting as your solicitor.
Criminal and Traffic law: We have many decades of combined legal experience in Court representing those accused of serious criminal offences as well as minor charge and traffic infringements. We also have a broad exposure to the victims compensation available to those who are victims of criminal assault. We also assist many clients with their Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) matters. Pricing will normally include:

- All legal advice forming part of the conveyancing work.

- All Searchs including
- All office costs (postage, faxes, phone calls, photocopying) forming part of the conveyancing work.
- Providing of a copy of the Transfer of Land document to client’s bank or lender upon formal written request from the lender.
- Booking of settlement with client’s bank or lender.
- Attend Settlement - the conveyancer will organise and attend the settlement on your behalf.
- Submission of Notices of Acquisition.

- All legal advice forming part of the conveyancing work.
- All legal work forming part of the conveyancing work.
- All office costs (postage, faxes, phone calls, photocopying) forming part of the conveyancing work.
- Obtaining of mortgage “payout figure” from Lender.
- Booking of settlement with client’s bank or lender.
- Settlement at our office.
- Submission of Notices of Disposition.
Where the property is a unit/apartment, and an Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) is involved, an extra charge will apply for each Owners Corporation Certificate purchased.
