About Us:
In the last 15 years we have accepted instructions on referral from other clients on many aspects of estate administration and particularly the preparation of estate accounts and entitlements of executors to commission. As well, other Solicitors have asked for advice about the preparation of difficult wills and difficult applications for probate administration.
Our Practice:
John Poole has been an accredited specialist by the Law Society in this area for at least 10 years. His associate Daphne Gibbins has been with the practice for many years and has a great interest in this area of legal work.
John Poole has given a number of presentations to groups of Solicitors for continuing legal education in this area. He is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, which is a worldwide organisation that fosters exchanges, ideas & procedures in this area.
Experienced Facilitator:
John Poole frequently accepts appointment as executor & Trustee of Wills and has accepted the appointment of an administrator and a trustee of estates of deceased persons where a dispute has arisen in the current administration & where the appointment of an independent administrator is likely to facilitate the resolution of a dispute.
From time to time he has been asked to give reports for use as expert evidence in court proceedings to assist a party in strengthening that person's position.
