    How much do you charge?

    We offer free initial consultations to all of our new clients, no exceptions. After we have seen you, received instructions and understand what your matter requires, one of our experienced lawyers will provide with a quote fee in addition to the applicable hourly rate.

    Can I engage your services by using Legal Aid?

    Unfortunately, we do not undertake matters which are funded by Legal Aid. We will though help you where we can and refer you to appropriate alternatives where possible.

    Do you operate only in Melbourne, Brighton and Toorak?

    No, we service all areas of Melbourne and are more than prepared to meet with you away from our offices. We treat all of our client's with an equal level of importance.

    My relative passed away recently and didn't leave a Will. Am I entitled to receive anything from their Estate?

    This depends on a variety of factors so it's important you get advice as soon as possible as strict timelines apply. There are also new laws which were recently introduced by the Victorian Government commencing on 1 January 2015.

    I'm currently involved in a legal matter but I'm unhappy with my current lawyer. Can I see you and change lawyers?

    The answer is generally yes but this depends upon a variety of factors. In most cases you will be able to collect the majority of your file and change lawyers.

    I've recently separated from my partner and they are refusing to let our child spend time with me. What should I do?

    Where the property is a unit/apartment, and an Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) is involved, an extra charge will apply for each Owners Corporation Certificate purchased.
