    Our vendor conveyancing service includes: *Preparing the vendors statement and, when necessary, the contract of sale, *Liaising with your bank, the agent and the purchasers solicitor or conveyancer whenever necessary, *Preparing and arranging for you to sign all necessary legal documents relating to you sale, *Finalising settlement and advising authorities.

    Maroondah Conveyancing will take care of all the legal requirements from the moment you find the ideal property through to the time when you collect the keys to your new home.

    We will assist you by: *Checking the documents before you sign if required, *Liaising with the vendors solicitor or conveyancer, your bank and the agent whenever necessary, *Arranging for all necessary legal documentation in relation to the purchase, including providing your bank with copies of relevant documents and obtaining all necessary certificates and searches.

    • Attend Settlement - the conveyancer will organise and attend the settlement on your behalf.

    • Obtaining of mortgage “payout figure” from Lender.
    • Booking of settlement with client’s bank or lender.
    • Settlement at our office.
    • Submission of Notices of Disposition.

    Where the property is a unit/apartment, and an Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) is involved, an extra charge will apply for each Owners Corporation Certificate purchased.
