    Commercial litigation is a general term to describe litigation between parties which requires the Court to determine the rights of those parties.

    What are the manner by which an action is commenced in commerical litigation?

    Commercial litigation is commenced either by filing a Claim and Statement of Claim, or an Application with the Court depending on the nature of the matter. The parties to the action have an obligation to disclose to each other all documentation in their possession relevant to the matters in dispute

    What is probate?

    Probate is the process of proving a Will is valid. To obtain a 'Grant of Probate' the executor needs to apply to the Supreme Court

    • Booking of settlement with client’s bank or lender.

    Where the property is a unit/apartment, and an Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) is involved, an extra charge will apply for each Owners Corporation Certificate purchased.
