    Why do I need a Will?

    Everyone should have a valid Will to ensure that their assets pass to those they wish to benefit. For example, if a person dies leaving a spouse and children, the spouse does not automatically inherit all property owned solely by that partner.

    An Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial) enables the nominated person to make decisions of a financial nature.     • Obtaining of mortgage “payout figure” from Lender.
    • Booking of settlement with client’s bank or lender.
    • Settlement at our office.
    • Submission of Notices of Disposition.

    Where the property is a unit/apartment, and an Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) is involved, an extra charge will apply for each Owners Corporation Certificate purchased.
